Lattice QCD studies on baryon resonances from meson-baryon scatterings
Mr. Kotaro Murakami (YITP, Kyoto Univ.)
Studying hadron resonances in lattice QCD plays a very important role in the understanding of the exotic hadrons. We investigate baryon resonances from meson-baryon scatterings in the HAL QCD method, which is a method to derive scattering amplitudes in lattice QCD via the interaction potentials. In this talk, we present an analysis of Δ and Ω baryons, both of which belong to the baryon decuplet. In our analysis, we use heavy quark masses so that Δ as well as Ω baryons are stable particles.

Future project on KN scattering at DAFNE
Dr. Yuta Sada (ELPH, Tohoku Univ.)
We plan to measure precise low-momentum kaon elastic scattering with nucleon and light nuclei in DAFNE Italy. Elastic scattering data of kaon and nucleon has strong relation with KN interaction. We would like to investigate the Chiral symmetry breaking effect from these data. To compare data of measurement of precise kaon elastic scattering cross-section to theoretical calculation, we will estimate the effect of partial restoration of Chiral symmetry breaking in hadron medium.

Singly heavy baryons from chiral symmetry
Dr. Daiki Suenaga (RIKEN)
Chiral symmetry is one of the most important symmetries in QCD. In fact, the symmetry enables us to understand the properties (mass spectrum, decay width, etc.) of hadrons having light quarks in a field-theoretically systematic way. In this talk, I review recent development of study of heavy hadrons from the chiral models, showing comparisons with the quark model investigations. Besides, I explain my recent research on the Roper-like singly heavy baryons from a chiral model approach.

Relativistic hydrodynamics and its application to high-energy nuclear collisions
Prof. Tetsufumi Hirano (Sophia University)
The quark gluon plasma (QGP) is known as primordial deconfined nuclear matter occupied in the early universe ~10 microsecond after the Big Bang. The QGP can be created in high-energy nuclear collisions and found to behave as an almost perfect fluid. In this lecture, a framework of relativistic hydrodynamics is reviewed aiming at description of space-time evolution of the QGP in high-energy nuclear collisions. The topics include: conservation law, definition of frames, ideal and viscous hydrodynamics.
